Wise words, but what does this have to do with selling? Well, if we are prepared (including knowing as much as possible about the prospect, their company, etc...) then we will not have to push so hard during the selling process. This will relax you and the prospect and allow rapport to build and confidence in your product/service. Give it some thought my selling friend.
